St Thomas’ Hospital
In two halves we visited the Evelina Children’s Hospital at St Thomas’ we prayed at the radio station, declaring hope and comfort travelling through the airwaves. Inside the booth where the radio presenters sat we saw lots of different decorated crowns, we prayed that the children would know their identity as children of the King of Kings.
Next we visited the site of the hospitals school, we prayed for the teachers and pupils there that sickness would not stop them being able to learn, play and have opportunities to enjoy themselves.
Each group squeezed into the lift which had clear sides, we travelled from the top floor all the way to the bottom declaring healing over the children and comfort to all the families in the different wards. We were able to pray for the daughter of one of the porters who was using the lift and whose daughter was also in the hospital.
